Grandmaster Moon is a ninth Dan Taekwondo black belt (KUKKIWON) with over 50 years of Taekwondo experience. He is an accomplished competitor and coach, and instructor to many national and international level competitors. He is also a WTF international referee with extensive experience. In 2016 he was nominated to become a member of the Advisory Committee of Kukkiwon - the World Headquarters of Taekwondo. But the achievement he is most proud of is having inspired thousands of students to seek a healthier and more fulfilling life through the practice of Taekwondo.

Grandmaster Moon also holds a degree in Engineering from the Universidade de Sao Paulo, an MBA Finance degree from New York University and an MA in Mathematics from Columbia University.
